High-grade construction adhesive production line recently put into production smoothly, which was designed by SOWER for a German owned enterprise. The production line is running smoothly, and the finish products fully meet the European standards.

Prior to the implementation of the project, the German company makes high demands on the design and manufacturing of the production line. From the technical department to production department, finally Sower controls each pass and produces satisfactory equipment close to the Europe standard.

The production line adopts PLC automatic control, which is composed of liquid automatic batching station, high viscosity mixer, extruder, powder feeding system and dedusting system. The smooth production of the production line, remarks a higher level of SOWER’s design and manufacturing capacity in the production of high viscosity products.
