SWWJ Horizontal Ribbon Mixer

Ribbon mixer has a U-shaped structure, which ensures the small resistance movement of the mixed material (powder, semi-fluid) into the chamber. Double-layer spiral blades are arranged on the main shaft, inner spiral blades push material to the outside, and outer spiral blades gathers the material to the inside. The material forms a low-powered mixed environment under the convective movement . The inner and outer spirals drive the material into the chamber, so that the agitator turn the materials in a wide range.

SDJ Three shaft mixer

Sower multifunctional three-shaft mixer is a combined structure composed of high shear emulsifier, high-speed disperser and special anchor mixer. It integrates low-speed mixing and high-speed dispersion, and has good adaptability to medium and high viscosity materials. As the process of mixing and dispersing is programmed, it is suitable for mixing, dissolving, dispersing and blending of various materials. Product features 1. Wide range of viscosity; 2. SWXJ series Planetary mixer

1. Highly efficient and versatile equipment integrating mixing, dispersing, shearing. 2. Applicable to the production process of liquid-liquid, solid-liquid, paste, powder paste and material density, large proportion, from low viscosity to high viscosity (1.5 million cps) in various industries; 3. Soft (trapezoidal) seal between mechanical seal and tank body, enabling materials to operate under vacuum; 4. The tank can be heated by electricity, steam, water and oil circulation, and the transmission shaft has a unique temperature detection device; 5.
