Ribbon mixer has a U-shaped structure, which ensures the small resistance movement of the mixed material (powder, semi-fluid) into the chamber. Double-layer spiral blades are arranged on the main shaft,  inner spiral blades push material to the outside, and outer spiral blades gathers the material to the inside.  The material forms a low-powered mixed environment under the convective movement . The inner and outer spirals drive the material into the chamber, so that the agitator turn the materials in a wide range.
