The process is briefly

In view of the principle of customer confidentiality, the following can only briefly describe the process.

1. The liquid is added by the top liquid inlet of the reactor and the powder (or slurry) is added by the manhole under the protection of the dust collector.

2. Paddle mixer is used in the kettle for mixing.

3. With the rotation of paddle mixer, the liquid material and powder material (or slurry) are mixed evenly.

4. Open the bottom valve of the cauldron when the material in the cauldron meets the quality requirements. Discharge the finished product to the finished product tank.

5. From finished product tank to filling machine.
