Lab Turbo Mill is composed of a rotor for tearing and mixing and an isolation plate installed on the outer periphery of the short, simple crushing section. The rotation of the rotor generates centrifugal force, and the grinding beads move toward the isolation and are subjected to laminar extrusion. At the same time, due to the rotation of the rotor, a strong shear force is generated between the grinding beads. The centrifugal force is consistent with the flow direction of the material, resulting in uniform crush, disperse and enable slurries to be smoothly discharged from the isolation plate.
