In September 2016, a high viscosity material mixing production line designed and manufactured by SOWER was put into operation successfully. It’s a China branch for European company, mainly engaged in the production of advanced new materials. It adopts European brand equipment in the local European plant, and in China plant finally select Sower brand as the mixer supplier after serious investigation.

The production line consists of three sets of vacuum mixers. The mixer adopts coaxial design, with high speed and frame type stirring, which is used to disperse the high viscosity materials. The production line also adopts PLC automatic system, which is able to communicate with the DP control system by the owner. The mixer adopts fully automatic powder and liquid feeding, dust explosion proof, and vacuum pumping as well. The whole production line was accepted smoothly, in accordance with European design and manufacture standard, achieving a high manufacturing and control standard.
