Shell, end face and main shaft are all equipped with cooling system

Operating Principle:
The agitator shaft activates the grinding media with high intensity through the whole grinding chamber. The highly efficient devices are suitable for product separation and grinding media, which ensures that the mill also has the capability of operating high viscous materials.

2. Suitable for viscosities below 20,000 cps
3. Suitable for large amount of solid-liquid suspension of high viscosity
4. Imported container type double mechanical seal, superior in safety performance to other pin sand mill
5. Pins and chamber are made of highly wear-resistant alloy to extend service life
6. No discoloring or pollution to the raw materials
7. All of the shell, end face and main shaft are equipped with cooling system with good performance. The material temperature can be held within 45℃(through chilling water of 10℃)
8. Separating grid: of special highly wear-resistant material. Space between the grids can be adjusted according to the grinding bead sizes. A protector is available to prevent the blocking of the beads
9. Grinding medium: highly wear-resistant zirconia beads
10. Working efficiency: fineness below 5μm (twice grinding)
11. With CE and ISO 9001:2000 qualifications
